He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Floyd and Maxine Floyd; his niece Amber Slatton; and his nephew Shane Foshee. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Floyd; his child Jonathan Adam Floyd; his nieces and nephews, Austin Alder, Whitney Alder, Christine Morrison and Justin Morrison; and his siblings, Deb Foshee of Sequatchie, Lorri Burnett (Bo) of Bridgeport, Robyn, Baby Sis, Whitzell of Sequatchie and Greg "Mooch" Floyd (Tammy) of Sequatchie.
