It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ada Ruth Dockery Spitzer (Sevierville, Tennessee), who passed away on August 16, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Wesley Spitzer; her son James Brian Spitzer; her grandson Jesse Boggs; her parents, Allen Dockery and Mable Webb Dockery; and her siblings, J. C. Dockery, Jewell, Huskey, Gladys Maples and Mary Lynn Henry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Juana Gole and Yvette Burks (Ross); her daughter-in-law Linda Spitzer; her grandchildren, Neshe Sloan (Daniel), Chet Gole, Hailey Maynard (Daniel), Lindsey Spitzer and Alex Spitzer; her sisters, Barbara Dockery and Donna Shultz (Bobby); her niece Melva Schultz (Sammy); and her sister-in-law Gwatha Kear. She is also survived by six great-grandsons.
