She was predeceased by: her husband Loy A. Ownby; her parents, Albert Ramsey and Della Ramsey; and her siblings, Charlie Ramsey, Joe S. Ramsey, Bishop Ramsey, Norma Jean Pangle, Arlena Blackwell, Gladys P. Matthews, Anna Leach and Kathleen Frye.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Ownby (Shirley), Steve Ownby (Sandra), Freda Carver and Linda Ownby (Chris); her grandchildren, Leslie Carver, Brandon Ownby (Stephanie), Matthew Ownby, Joshua Ownby, Jordan Chambers and Jared Chambers (Keely); her great grandchildren, Annie, Braeden, Landon and Amberly; and her brothers, Lloyd Ramsey and Floyd Ramsey.
