He was predeceased by: his father Herman Cleo Johnson; and his sister Connie Jean Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Kolby Harmon, Alexis Blevins and Ragan Schiffman; his grandchildren, Kinslee Blevins, Kolson Harmon, Knox Harmon and Ashlyn Brown; his mother Marie Johnson; and his brother David Johnson. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Survivors: Daughters: Kolby Harmon and Alexis Blevins; Son: Ragan Schiffman; Grandchildren: Kinslee Blevins, Kolson and Knox Harmon, and Ashlyn Brown; Mother: Marie Johnson; Brother: David Johnson; Several nieces and nephews; Many Special friends In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tennessee State Bank in Billy's name to benefit the family.
