She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Lee and Rebecca Ann Dixon Howard; and her siblings, Kathleen Valentine, Hazel Huff, Reid Howard and William Howard.

She is survived by: her husband Harley Wayne Marshall; her children, Howard Marshall and Holly Marshall; her grandson Jivan Taj; and her sister Connie Howard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
