He was predeceased by: his wife Velma Green; and his parents, George Green and Daisy Green. He is survived by: his son Junior Ray Hale (Gina); his grandchildren, David Hale, Travis Clabo and Joann Barnett; his great grandchildren, Briana Hale, Jason Smith, Chloe Barnett, Devin Hale, Mikaela Dowling, Katelynn Clabo and Destaney Clabo; and his siblings, Bobby Green and Edna Harrell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
