He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Finchum and Jennie Finchum; his grandparents, Creed Hance, Cordia Hance, Lonzo Finchum and Minnie Finchum; his cousin Jackie Whaley; and his uncles, Jerry Finchum, Judy Finchum, Harold "Dink", Joann Finchum and Ronnie Hance.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Finchum; his brother Steve Finchum (Joann); his children, Sam Rogers, Larry Elrod, Shawna Rogers and Marsha Rhodes; and his granddaughter Elana Elrod. He is also survived by many cousins and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Atchley Funeral Home to benefit the family.
