He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Samuel Lines, III, Ruth Aldrich Lines, Bernard Snow and Shirley Snow. He is survived by: his parent Edward "Ned" Lines; his wife Susan Lines; and his brother Kenyon Lines. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
