He is survived by: his wife Sarah Justice; his children, Ann Ginn (Robert) of Sevierville, TN, Janie Sowards (David) of Paintsville, KY, Sharon Meinke of Sevierville, TN, Dale Justice (Pamela) of Columbus, OH and Tonya Justice of Greensboro, NC; and his sisters, Cleo Birchfield of Vinton, OH and Doris Ann Leedy of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
