He was predeceased by: his sister Jacqueline Reagan; his grandfather Ernest Reagan; and also, Clyde McMahan, Doris McFall and Eula Ogle.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Reagan (Eastep); his parents, Nina Reagan (McMahan) and Donald Jack Reagan; his stepmother Edna Reagan (Ogle); his brother Zachary Reagan; his parents-in-law, Simon Ray Eastep and Diane Eastep; his sister-in-law Jennifer Eastep; his nephew Jace Reagan; his nieces, Vera Eastep, Ruby Eastep-Sieber and Ada Louise McMahan (Sims); his friend Randy Morris; and also, Zachary Reagan, Larry Justus, James Hale, Nathan Dunn, Aaron Allison, Ben Ellison, Chris Smith, Eric Baker, John Hancock, Scottie Vineyard and Shawn Bradley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
