He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Phillips and Margie Phillips; and his siblings, Terry Phillips and Robin Beard. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Phillips; his children, Jon Phillips, Jr. (Keasha), Hollie Phillips, Jordon Phillips (Caisey), Cheyenne Phillips and Savannah Phillips; his grandchildren, Skyler Phillips, Sebastian Phillips, Erika Phillips and Jayce Phillips; and his brothers, Rozzell Phillips (Shirley) and Tim Tallent.
