She is survived by: her husband Dallas Shults; her sons, John Shults (Sonya) and Terry Shults (Donna); her grandchildren, Corey Shults, Kinsey Shults and Chris Huskey; her great grandchildren, Jamie Shults and Danika Huskey; her siblings, Mary Large (Leon), Johnnie Mae Phillips (Wayne), Ilena Shults (Vaughton), David Sutton (Sheila), Tommy Sutton (Donna), Betty Fox (Terry) and Cathy Ford; and her sister-in-law Diane Butler (Bobby).
