He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Jean Hill Catlett; his parents, Ray Catlett and Thelma Catlett; and his brother Gayle "Pete" Catlett. He is survived by: his children, Warren, Ann Catlett, Kevin, Linda Catlett, Donna and Bryan Summers; his grandchildren, Ira (Megan Summers), Lee (Britni Summers), Kensey (Seth Boroughs), Dale Catlett and Charlie (Maggie Gavaghan); his great grandchildren, Aiden Dixon, Bransyn Hamm, Callie Summers, Amelia Summers, Alex Summers and Jack Gavaghan; his brothers, Harry (Carolyn Catlett) and David (Glenda Catlett); his nephews, Mike and Jan Catlett; and his children, Roger, Tammy Catlett and Jeff Catlett.
