He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Lanier Maggard of Beech Hill; his children, David Maggard of Beech Hill, Grady Maggard of Beech Hill, Rhonda Moore of Athens and Cassie Shrader (Brian) of Minor Hill; his brothers, Ralph Maggard of Sevierville, TN, Buford Maggard of Elizabeth, John Maggard of Beech Hill and Lawrence Maggard of Garrettsville, OH; his grandchildren, Erica Campolo, Meagan Foster, Cody Moore, Stevie Shrader and Damon Shrader; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Foster, Emma Moore, Julian Campolo and Lillian Campolo.
