She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Pollard and Gladys Pollard. She is survived by: her husband Jack Bedford; her children, April Snell (Justin) and Brandon Russell (Staci); her grandsons, Ethan Russell, Joseph Swearingen and Augustus Swearingen; her sister Phyllis Neff; and her nephew Charles Hammock. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Berry Funeral Home (3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jeannie's memory to Young-Williams Animal Center of Knoxville, 3201 East Division Street, Knoxville, TN 37919, an organization that reflects her lifelong love and compassion for animals.
