He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Anne Nixon Mantooth; his parents, Jewel Fred and Mintha Mantooth; his brothers, Ted Mantooth and Don Mantooth; and his aunt Grace Bradley.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Vandergriff Mantooth; his children, Wayne Mantooth (Lisa), Michael Mantooth (Kim) and Michelle Mantooth Kughn (Fred); his grandchildren, Chase Logan Wurl, Andrew Mantooth and Amanda Mantooth; his great grandchild Paisley Kughn; his stepchildren, Chris Sayne (Vickie), Greg Vandergriff (Cindy), Karla Vandergriff Farabow, Maria Vandergriff-Avery (Christopher) and Tonya Vandergriff Childress (Todd); and his friends, Joyce Wooliver and Roger Marion. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
