He was predeceased by : his parents, Dewey Lewis and Peggy Wells; and his siblings, Letha Lewis, Clara Dykes (Tim), Brenda Keller (Bob), Sandra Eastridge, Dorothy Makris (Vagelis) and Ronnie Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
