She was predeceased by : her husband Sillus Masingo; her grandson Thomas Harrell; her parents, James Ray and Nancy Elizabeth Ray; and her siblings, George Ray, Margaret Hall, Wonnie Ray, James Ray, Harvey Ray, Lewis Ray and Mossie Mills.

She is survived by : her children, Verlin Masingo, Charles Masingo, Steve Masingo, Jackie Masingo, Frances Kistler, Kitty Sharp, Elizabeth Obrien, Mossie Masingo and Terri Rutherford. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
