She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Mears and Nora Stacy Mears; her brothers, Ray, Charles, Lloyd, Bobby and Max Mears; her grandsons, Matthew Vincent and Jimmy Arnold Jr.; her great great grandchild River Schweitzer; and her son-in-law Phillip Vincent.
She is survived by: her sisters, Ruth Rogers, Wanda Davis and Brenda Jaco (Danny); her children, Janie Vincent, Freda Arnold (Wayne) and Tommy Rogers (Debbi); her grandchildren, Anjanette White (Nalin), Joshua Arnold (Terah), Phil Vincent (Angie), Rhiannon Hall and Seth Rogers; and her great grandchildren, Gavin White, Blake White, Paige Arnold, Phillip Vincent III (Gracie), Jake Vincent, Ryan Vincent, Emily Norris (Brandon), Katie Schweitzer (Eli), Austin Chatham (Rebecca), Jackson Hall, Destiny Rogers, Rylee Primm (Connor) and Patrick Hooker.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Doak-Howell Funeral Home (739 N Main St, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
