He is survived by: his mother Alma Smith Carrier; his wife Vickie Ray of Shelbyville; his children, Mark Hall (Amber) of Shelbyville, Roy Hall of Maryville, TN, Angela Ray of Shelbyville, Amanda Tindall (Steven) of Shelbyville and Joshua Ray of Kingsport, TN; his uncle Roy Ray of West Monroe, LA; his aunts, Shirley Smead of West Monroe, LA and Beth Willis of West Monroe, LA; and his siblings, William Ray (Darlene) of Louisiana, Brad Ray (Mandy) of Tennessee, Billy Smith (Angel) of Tennessee, Sharon Ray of Kentucky, Kay King (Ernest) of Alabama, Donna Owen (Chris) of Louisiana and Elizabeth Smith of Tennessee. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
