She was predeceased by : her parents, Efrain Navarrette and Cecilia Guzman Navarrette; her son Michael Navarrete; and her sister Ariam Navarrette. She is survived by : her children, Sheila Marie Navarrette, Talia Navarrete and Joshua Michael Navarrette (Alyssa); her grandchildren, Jordan Navarrette, Tristan Navarrette, Xavian Navarrette, Alisha Navarrette, Elise Navarrette, Michael Navarrette, Ariel Navarrete and Madison Navarrette; and her siblings, Frank Navarrette, John Guzman and Helen Mendoza.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Feldhaus Memorial Chapel (2022 N Main St, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
