He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Knox Curtis Sr. and Vurnia Hamlin Curtis; and his wife Linda Ellen Curtis. He is survived by: his sons, Mitchell (Millicent), Curtis of Rockvale and Keith Curtis (Beverly) of Tarboro; and his grandchildren, Camron Curtis, Kalyn Curtis, John Curtis and Claire Curtis.
