He is survived by : his wife Linda Louise Reed Cook; his daughter Debra Cook Reed; his granddaughter Jordan Danielle Reed; and his siblings, Dorothy Cook Womble and William Roger Cook.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Hillcrest Funeral Home (1802 Madison St, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
