She is survived by : her daughters, Tonya Mooneyhan and Theresa Smith; her brother Robert Cook (Kay) of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Jessie Mooneyhan and Brandi Simmons; her great grandchildren, Izzaiha, Nevaeh, Trevor, William, Korianna, Aubriella, Kaine and Ayliana; and her sisters-in-law, Patsy Cook and Debbie Cook.
