As we bid Rheaetta Farrar farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Rheaetta Farrar is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Judge Mac Farrar and Mable Phillips Farrar of Flat Creek, Tennessee.; and her nephew Edward Watson (Phillips). She is survived by: her husband Bo Wilson (Bo); her children, Jimbo Wilson and Sarah Mac Wilson Young (Waylon); her granddaughter Emmy Rhea Young; and her sister Lauralyn "Lolly" Farrar Watson (Eddie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Shelbyville First United Methodist Church (122 Public Square N, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
