It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Joseph Carter of Shelbyville, Tennessee, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Arnold Richard Schultz of Chicago and Annis Lorine Hill of Whiteville. He is survived by : his daughters, Heather Meares (Scott), Brittany Bell (Chris) and Katrina (Brian Davis); and his grandchildren, Anthony Meares (Kira), Chelsi Parries, Dalton Ray (Amanda), Trace Bell, Brent Davis and Blake Davis. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
