He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Marshall McKinney and Dorothy Mae Arnett McKinney; his wife Charlotte Celeste McKinney; and his granddaughter Katie Leigh Hart. He is survived by: his children, Ben McKinney and Shannon Ragsdale (Jamie) of Shelbyville, TN; his grandchildren, Haley Adams (Ben) of Shelbyville, TN, Brooke Ragsdale of Shelbyville, TN, Heather Cook (Hunter) of Shelbyville, TN and Lucus Ragsdale (Abby) of Shelbyville, TN; and his great grandchildren, Bryce, Brenlea Kate, Roman, Ivorie and Jeremiah.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Feldhaus Memorial Chapel (2022 N Main St, Shelbyville, TN 37160).
