Treva Joyce Moody Lively Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Treva Joyce Moody Lively of Shelbyville, Tennessee, who passed away on June 18, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard W. Moody and Lorene Lenora Arnold Moody; and her brothers, Allen Moody and Roger Moody. She is survived by: her children, Richard W. Lively (Delia) of Texas, Sheri Kaye Siefker (Paul) of Oregon, Rebecca Ann Townsend (Joseph) of Tennessee, Leah Lively Blackwell of South Carolina, Rachel Lorene Lockaby (John) of Maine and John David Lively (Angela) of Texas. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Doak-Howell Funeral Home (739 N Main St, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Cookeville City Cemetery (241 S Walnut Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501).
