It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Robert Morris of Sherwood, Tennessee, born in Franklin, Tennessee, who passed away on June 10, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Robert and Mattie Lou Holt Morris; his wife Bessie Emalene Morris; his daughter Connie Kay Sells; his siblings, Elizabeth Jackson (John), Maggie Stubblefield, Walter Morris, Willie Morris, John Morris and James Morris; and his brother-in-law George Lappin.

He is survived by : his sisters, Julie "Judy" Thomas (Myles) of Nashville and Kate Lappin of Sherwood; his grandsons, Daniel Sells (Amber) of Sherwood and Rusty Sells (Ashley) of Cowan; his great grandchildren, Julie Grace Hill, Luke Daniel Sells, Maecie Marie Sells and Scarlett Kay Sells; his son-in-law Danny Sells of Sherwood; and his close friend Orvie Haney of Sherwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
