She was predeceased by : her parents, Guy Mitchell, Sr. and Bessie Goodman Mitchell; her husband Minnis Hixson; and her son Dennis Hixson. She is survived by : her daughter Tina Bailey (John); her sister Patricia Ricker; her grandchildren, Adam Knight, Christopher Hixson, Joshua Hixson and Karen Bryant (Chad); and her great grandchildren, Jacob Bryant and Chadlyn Bryant. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
