He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie Ballard. He is survived by: his children, Chris Ballard (Lori), Katie Ballard and Zack Ballard; and his grandchildren, Savana Ballard, Kaitlyn Ballard, McKenzie Skyles, Addison Skyles and Peyton Skyles.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at the Final Resting Place Chattanooga Memorial Park (501 Memorial Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37415).
