He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Sparkman and Gladys Lee Roscoe Sparkman; his wife Susie Sparkman; his grandson Ian Campbell-O'Neill; his sister Mildred Harding; and his siblings-in-law, Juanita "Dink" McBride, Margaret Sparkman, Oscar "Bud" Powers, Albert C. and Gordon Mason.
He is survived by: his niece Annette McBride; his sons, Barry Sparkman of Arizona and Michael Campbell of Arizona; his grandson Cody Campbell O'Neill of Arizona; his great grandchild Maeve Campbell-O'Neill of Arizona; his siblings, Dot Hudson of White County, Donald Sparkman (Mary Ann) of Cookeville, TN and Gene Sparkman of McMinnville, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Bobbie Jo Mason of McMinnville, TN, Jim Powers (Carolyn) and Daries "Peanut" Powers (Connie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & friends.
