He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Rye Fox and Jennie Peach Fox. He is survived by: his wife Annie Wells Fox; his children, Rebecca Fox Granstaff (Michael), Cheryl Fox (Tim), Tyrone Rhoden (Sheri), Rhonda Rhoden Poole (Joel), Victoria Rhoden Steelman (Barry), Tracey Rhoden Inmon (Doug), Jamie Fults Casper (Jaime), Darrell Fults (Ashley) and Devin Fults (Laura); his siblings, Anthony, Sr. Fox (Roberta) and Lynda Fox Wiseman; and his friends, David Currie, Tim Hood, Terry Hood, Greg Baltimore, Glenn Johnson, Rodney Ballington, Clay Mackey and Jamie Steele. He is also survived by thirty two grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
