He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Ware and Helen Turner Ware; his brother Tom Ware; and his great-nephew Zaydyn Norris. He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Chuck" Ware of Old Hickory and Brandon Ware of Nolensville, Tennessee; his grandsons, Sebastian and Carsen; his sisters, Debra Ware Ellis (Lloyd) and Julia Ware Roberts (Michael); his siblings' children, Kurt, Ayla, Christal, Chelsea, Clint, Erin and Blaise; his aunts, Bessie Mae Traughber and Edna Ellis; and his close friends, Nura, Rachel, Mia and Antonio.
