With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Bortz of Smyrna, Tennessee, who passed away on October 14, 2020 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph H. Moyer and Margaretta S. McMillen Moyer; her husband Arthur "Clifford" Bortz; her daughter-in-law Debbie Bortz; and her siblings, Dorothy Slezak, Donald and William Moyer.
She is survived by : her children, Karen Beistel (Richard) of La Vergne, Sarah Haney (Gerald) of Andover, NH and George Bortz of Mobile. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home (400 Indiana Ave, Avonmore, PA 15618).
