He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Trevathan and Juanita Trevathan; his brother Jere Trevathan; and his grandmother Nora Black. He is survived by: his wife Sharon J. Trevathan; his daughters, Stacey Trevathan-Tackett (Randy) and Julie Williams (Michael); his granddaughter Kylie Williams; and his siblings, Diane Kear, Sheila Berry, Phyllis Molyneux (Timothy) and Michael Trevathan (Darlene). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
