He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Rowland Christensen; his parents, Dan Christensen of Smyrna and Elizabeth Christensen of Smyrna; his brother Josiah Christensen (Becky) of LaVergne; his parents-in-law, Mitchell Rowland of Liberty and Debra Rowland of Liberty; his sister-in-law Ashley Rowland (Michael Jenkins) of Chattanooga; and his sibling's children, Elijah Christensen, Eliana Christensen and Emma Rowland.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in his memory.
