She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Mitchell and Julia Mitchell; her husband Jerry Dean Mingis; her son-in-law Larry West; her sister Patty Craddock; her parents-in-law, Don and Ethel Mingis; and her brother Bill Mitchell (Angie).
She is survived by: her children, Kim Mingis West and Kevin Dean Mingis (Freda); her grandchildren, Kelly West, Kaitlyn Areundo (Eric), Jordan McCoy (Jessie) and Ian Mingis; her great grandchildren, Cooper Areundo, Nolan Areundo, Henry McCoy and Isaac McCoy; and her siblings-in-law, Becky Mitchell, Velma Holder (Lacey) and Donnie Mingis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews, other relatives, and special friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calendar Roane Memorial Gardens (1400 N Gateway Ave, Rockwood, TN 37854).
