She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Dobbins and Mamie Dobbins; her daughter Brittany Cartwright; and her sisters, Patricia Teel and Paula White.

She is survived by: her husband Wayne Cartwright; her children, Amber Heath (Scott) of Smyrna, Tamra Cartwright of Smyrna and Tyler Cartwright of Smyrna; and her brother Robbie Dobbins of Savannah, GA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
