He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hugh and Mary Louise Hoffman; his wife Carlotta Hoffman; and his daughter Katherine Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Hoffman of Atlanta, GA and Karen Thornton; his grandchildren, Kendall, Kristofer, Matthew, Madelyn and Macey; and his siblings, Sharon Blankenship and Tony Hoffman (Sally). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
