He is survived by: his brother Gregory Dale Perry of Murfreesboro, TN; his aunt Betty McLain of Smyrna; his uncles, Roy Perry of Murfreesboro and Donnie Perry of Smyrna; his nieces and nephews, Cameron and Madeline Perry; and his friends, Butch Puckett and Gary Swader.
