It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wiliam Henry Barker of Smyrna, Tennessee, born in Auburn, Kentucky, who passed away on August 8, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Lee "Doc" Barker and Laura Bell Barker (Hall); his siblings, James and Eleanor Read (Barker); his wife Linda Marie Barker; his daughters, Connie, Lisa, Karen, Sharon and Amy; his grandchildren, Jason, Lauren, Hillary, Matthew, Alexandra, Christina, Eric and Cody; and his great grandchildren, Cicily, Izzy and Olivia. He was also cherished by his family and friends.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rutherford County Humane Society.
