She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Hayden and Stella Hayden; her siblings, Winford, William, Donald and Roma; and her sons, John Montgomery Toney and J. L. Toney.
She is survived by: her husband John Toney; her children, Diane Paul (Chris) of Smyrna, TN and Mark Toney (Danny Hartigan) of York, ME; her daughter-in-law LuAnn Wiseman (Toney); and her grandchildren, Leslie Hutchison (Toney), Caleb Paul and Hannah Booth (Toney).
