He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anderson McNeil, Sr. and Angelina Cerone McNeil; his parents-in-law, Charles Tent and Helen Trent; and his grandchildren, Eain Cage Heck and Clara Kate.
He is survived by: his wife Janice McNeil; his children, Mark McNeil, Jennifer Lawson, Julie Heck (Earl), Mike McNeil and Angela Harrison (Thomas); his siblings, Hugh McNeil (Sara) and Phyllis Delph; and his sister-in-law Missy Seal (Wesley). He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Duck Creek Baptist Church (1987 Duck Creek Rd, Sneedville, TN 37869). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
