It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dixie Newell (Soddy Daisy, Tennessee), who passed away on September 6, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her son Ronald Allen Newell; and her sisters, Geneva Hicks, Ruby Roberts and Trudy Couch. She is survived by : her children, David Newell (Diana) of Soddy Daisy, TN, Thomas Newel (Alice) of Suwanee, Linda Newell of Dayton, TN and Randy Newell (Gail) of Dayton, TN; her brother Elbert Kelley; and her grandchildren, Keith, Krista, Michael, Charlene, Brian, Todd, Sarah, LeAnn, Jeff, Kevin and Tonya. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
