He was predeceased by: his parents, Wester Sullivan and Sally Mae Sullivan; and his siblings, Wilma McMillan, Thomas, Jimmy, Ralph, Howard and Vance Sullivan.
He is survived by: his spouse Wilma Sullivan; his children, Jeffery Garland Sullivan (Jamie) and Pamela Sullivan Anderson (Timothy); his brother Johnny Milton Sullivan; his grandchildren, Michelle Anderson, Randi Hensley, Jennifer Smith (Joshua) and Katie Sullivan; and his close friend Darreyl Duggar.
