He is survived by: his wife Vicki O'Haver; his children, Greg, Alex and Lexi; his parents, Betty O'Haver and Roger O'Haver; his brothers, Randy (Kathy), Roger Allen and Steve (Terri); and his sisters-in-law, Sonja Lamb (Terry), Teresa Lewis (Rick) and Kathy Thomas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
