He is survived by : his wife Connie Bice; his sons, Skip Bice (Lisa) and Mike Bice (Jana); his grandchildren, Madison (David), Kaitlyn (Drake), Barrett (Hannah), Cody, Courtney (Trevor) and Kaleb Reed; his great grandchildren, Benton, Adalee and Tinsley; and his siblings, Don Bice and Liz Eustice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
