She was predeceased by: her parents, Odus L. Ivy and Lelar Charlene German Ivy; and her siblings, Shirley M. Ivy Walls and Robert L. Ivy. She is survived by: her sister Jeannie Heffner (Charlie Heffner); and her sister-in-law Janis Ivy. She is also survived by four nieces and seven nephews.
