She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll M. Parks and Mary Boothe Parks; and her brothers, Jim Parks and Gus Parks. She is survived by: her son Barry Earnest (Marla); her siblings, Virgie Appling, Pete Parks and Ike Parks; her grandchildren, Jay Earnest (Emmajoy), Cooper Earnest and Ella Earnest; her nieces, Whitney Talbert (Ryan) and Omadale Hailey; and her nephew Wesley Appling.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel (18020 US-64, Somerville, TN 38068). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
